Excellent command of both written and spoken English is a must

Responsibilities:
Assisting to CEO for daily tasks
Maintaining schedules, planning events, coordinating meetings and conferences for the CEO
Preparing and translating documents, support for preparation of presentations
Managing procurement, secretarial and data maintenance
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations
Support to the CEO in the expenses reports, analyzes and any other administrative task
