QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s degree in a related fields,
· At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
· Fluent in English,
· Excellent proficiency in MS Office Programs (esp. Excel, PPT)
· Successful in effective communication and collaboration,
· Outstanding organizational and time management skills,
· Self motivated and a good team player,
· Strong ability research and follow up,
· Attention to detail and flawless working approach skills,
· Able to work within a fast paced work environment,
· Be flexible and adaptive to challenges,
· No restriction for travelling.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Managing the agenda of the CEO, creating travel organizations,
· Supporting meeting preparations and planning conference calls,
· Preparing presentations, reports and correspondence,
· Tracking incoming and outgoing e-mails,
· Following-up on daily work,
· Establishing and following up the expense requests of the manager that he/she is affiliated with,
· Execution of the operational and administrative processes of the department,
· Maintaining communication with costumer and department teams in line with department and requirements
