- At least 10 years of progressive culinary experience, with a minimum of 5 years as Executive Chef,
- Proficiency in English,
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and hotel management software,
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills,
- Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people from diverse backgrounds,
- Service oriented style with professional presentations skills,
- Proven track record in high volume operations, effective in providing exceptional customer service.
