- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Mathematic/Industrial Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of data modeling or data architect experience in Banking / IT Sector
- Knowledge on data model design principles
- Must have working knowledge of data modeling tools. Power Designer or equivalent tool acceptable.
- Experience with Business Glossary or Data Dictionary concepts is preferable
- Being familiar with Data Governance, Meta-Data management , Lineage & Impact Analysis concepts is a plus
- Good SQL skills and hands on experience
- Experience with a Data Quality Management Tool is a plus
- Having a Data Warehouse Data Modeling experience is also acceptable
- Analytical thinking and ability to define policy and standards in related data governance concepts
- Experience and knowledge in confidentiality and data protection, KVKK(GDPR)
- Willing to self-improvement and continuous learning
- Passion for quality and continuous improvement
- Strong multi-tasking abilities and motivation in a fast paced environment
- Strong desire for continuous learning and development in a self-led organization
- Ability to orchestrate multiple projects and priorities in alignment with current business objectives
- Strong analytical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills
- Good command of written and spoken English
