- Coordination between warehouse, planning and production teams to ensure internal operations are carried out efficiently,
- Inquiring the best offer of freight and arranging loading date,
- Responsible for customs operations. Preparing custom documentation to the related parties such as customs broker, forwarder, and the customers,
- Booking for loading organization with forwarder.
- Keep close track of sales reports of each account to drive business and
marketing insights,
- Manage and follow up all B2B operations end to end.
