Now İREKS A.Ş. is looking for "Export Sales Support Specialist " within its structure.

Job Description / Responsibilities:

  • Performing export operations (communication between company departments, Eximbank, customs consultancy, banksi etc.) fast and systematically,
  • Monitoring all processes from production to delivery while working in coordination with Planning, Production, and Logistics Departments,
  • Ensuring the orders to proceed without any issues starting from the proforma preparation to product delivery,
  • Monitoring all the procedures before and after export, and informing the customers,
  • Handling the preparation of the necessary documents for export in accordance with the regulations and requirements of a corresponding country, and delivery of these documents to the customers or banks after getting necessary approvals from the related institution or consulate,
  • Organizing loading operation while contacting the transport companies,
  • Sharing the information necessary for customs procedures with customs consultant
  • Checking the invoices received from customs agent and transport companies, and delivering them to Accounting Department,
  • Coordinating with Financing Department for receivables and sharing the instructions related to the received customs proceeds with the bank,
  • Knowing the customs and legislative regulations of export companies and tracking the changes in these regulations,
  • Answering the requests and complaints of the customers in coordination with the relevant departments,
  • Coordinating with the travel agency for getting visa and ticket purchases for international travel and fair organizations.


Qualifications:

  • Export experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines,
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience,
  • Comprehensive knowledge on export operations (customs clearance, payment conditions, delivery types, etc.),
  • High command of spoken and written English,
  • Preferably, fluency in Arabic,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • Good presentation skills,
  • High planning and organizational skills,
  • Proactive and solution-oriented,
  • Strong communication skills and good team player,
  • Good sales, persuasion, and negotiation skills,
