Export Sales Representative / Responsible

Background & Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of experience in foreign trade, especially in furniture & hardware industry

Fluency in English language is a must

Sufficiency in any second language is considered as a plus

Strong communication and presentation skills

Customer-oriented mindset with strong planning and organizational skills

Skilled in analytical and strategical thinking,

Advanced level of MS Office Programs (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)

No restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license

No military obligation for male candidates

Job Description

· Develops yearly budget plans by coordinating with the managers; tracks sales objectives periodically to achieve the regional export sale goals and reports periodically

· Being the first contact person for the customers and manage the customer relationship in line with the company’s objectives.

· Maintains periodic contacts with international customers by organizing customer visits, demonstrations and taking part in discussions,

· Performs order management by creating proposals and following up offers, operational procedures such as logistics, invoice, etc.

· Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing complaint reports; making recommendations to management and customers,

· Contributing the market research, consolidating competition data from global markets about the product groups and reporting periodically

· Finding new sales channels and potential customers in global markets.

· Taking active role in marketing activities and organization of participation to International Industrial fairs.

· Communicating with teams such as Production Planning, Production and R&D and executing the process in order to meet export production standards and customer expectations.
