Export Sales Executive İş İlanı

GENEL NİTELİKLER

TAB Pharmaceuticals & Consumer Care is a rapidly growing manufacturer of food supplements and pharmaceuticals in their search for an Export Sales Executive. This role will be located in theIstanbul, Esenyurt district.

Requirements

• University degree in related fields of reputable universities in Turkey, along with at least 5 years of proven import/export experience in the Pharmaceutical industry and/or production facility in a relevant field,
• Fluent English is a must, the second language is a plus (Russian, Spanish, Arabic, or French),
• Passionate for working in a dynamic startup environment
• Good self-leadership skills
• Proactive and initiative taker
• Strong analytical skills, decision making, and project management skills
• Excellent communication skills - both written and oral, action and results-oriented, flexible, team player, and motivator who brings a global and forward-thinking approach to the role
• An appreciation of and an ability to positively resolve issues arising from different cultures
• Contract & Tender Management is a strong asset
• Good level of knowledge about EU, MENA etc. regulations is a strong asset
• No restriction of travelling
• No military obligation (for Male candidates)

Responsibilities

Develop strategies, drive the roadmap to realize them and follow up the strategy implementation process from end-to-end for expanding our trading business in targeted export markets.

Hit export sales targets in short term, while improving the brand equity, evaluating and expanding the current sales network in the medium and long run.

Lead export sales operations, customs operations, international transportation, stock management.

Follow international sales process (order following, payment, loading, customs clearance, and the entire import & export process).

Responsible for global sales and logistics operations, planning and managing execution of all logistics transactions, preparing, and controlling necessary documentation.

Lead all foreign trade activities.
