Adam Fabrication is providing metal fabrication services mainly for European companies.

We are a fast-growing company and currently looking for a long-term core team member who will create/apply marketing strategies to find new customers and manage all relations with our customers. QUALIFICATIONS

· Advanced Level English is a must

· Good Command of MS Office Applications

· At Least Bachelor's Degree is required

· Military Service Completed for Male Candidates

· Residing in Anatolian Side of Istanbul

· Has no Restrictions to Travel Abroad

· At Least 3 Years of Experience in Managing B2B Sales and Marketing Operations

· Knowledge of Export Operations is required

· Preferably Experience in Sales and Marketing to European Countries

· Preferably Experience in Manufacturing and/or Metal Fabrication Sectors

· Aiming to work with us in Long Term as long as Mutual Content Remains

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Making Market Researches, Developing Effective Strategies and Gaining New Customers

· Implementing Marketing Strategies, Determining the Requirements of the Markets and Customers

· Realizing Turnover Targets and Targets Based on Gaining New Customers

· Managing the Preparation of Marketing Materials (Presentations, Website, LinkedIn Page, Email Posts, etc.)

· Managing Existing Client Portfolio and Implementing Repeated Sales Activities

· Personal Involvement in Managing Key Accounts

· Implementing All Communication with Customers (Verbal, Written, Phone, Video Call, etc.) and Making Visits to Customers During the Process When Required

· Supporting Export Operations for a Smooth Process

· Recording All Verbal and Written Communication Including Phone Calls and Visits at CRM Software

WORKING CONDITIONS

· Monday-Friday 09:00 - 18:30

· Smart Casual Dress Code

· Salary Increase on Every January and July According to Official Consumer Price Index
