QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from a reputable university in related field
  • No military obligation for male candidates
  • No restrictions for travelling to abroad
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in Cosmetics sector or in retail, especially in a multinational company will be an asset
  • Knowledge of export procedures and regulations
  • Very good level of MS-Office applications
  • Excellent command of English
  • Previous experience in Asia Pacific Countries
  • Knowledge of Chinese dialects is an asset


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Accountability for meeting and exceeding sales targets and business objectives
  • Providing detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Good command P&L and budget reporting
  • Managing cash positions, and on time payments of the accounts in the area of responsibility
  • Finding new accounts the territory, assist them with onboarding to drive growth
  • Expanding into the new markets, channels and countries in the area of responsibility
  • Managing the brand in retail, online, wholesale and direct selling channels in collaboration with the trade marketing and customer service functions
  • Working closely with distributors and franchise collaborates, and sustain a long-term business relationship for customer satisfaction
  • Follow up and identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
  • Analyzing market data, following trends and undertaking competition analysis to expand product penetration in the target markets
  • Identify the gaps in the market and work closely with product development and marketing teams to develop new products to meet the customer demand
  • Training distributors’ sales representatives on products and work with them to expand product penetration
  • Undertaking pricing analyses& promotion activities and ensuring the availability of the products within the territory
  • Undertaking regular customer visits in the area of responsibility
