QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for new colleagues for our Export Team in our reputable Multinational Company acting in the field of Manufacturing Electrical Cables and equipments industry.
Job Description :
- Responsible to handle export queries
- Receive the export queries from sales to get quote by freight forwarders
- Liaise with freight forwarders to check vessel availability and schedules with consideration of customer request
- Follow up with concern team to get export documentation for clearance process
- Responsible for arranging and completing all associated paperwork
- Follow with logistics team for scheduled loading
- Develop effective working relationships with shipping lines and freight forwarder
- Follow up to get BL draft and share with clients
- Finalization of BL & its Release
- No. of containers required calculation of sales quotations to add shipping cost
- Responsible for freight invoices?and costs
- Finance and invoicing process
- Follow up on forwarder payments
- Contact?with insurance companies for insurance required shipments based on Inco-terms 2020
- Export formalities and destination regulations expert
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, Preferably in a related field.
· Excellent Proficiency in written and spoken English is a must (Interviews will be held in English) . Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
· Minimum experience of 3 years in Export Operations field.
· Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business.
· Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills, experience in a multinational environment would be an asset
· Hard-working, highly motivated and team player
· Well-developed written and oral presentation/communication skills
· Strong interpersonal influencing skills
