QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Ferrero Farming Values (FFV), is our team who develops, manages and executes our social responsibility projects in the field, via which we enable people to develop themselves in different areas. Currently, we are looking for an FFV Back Office Responsible, who will take a part in this team and mainly be responsible for coordinating procurement activities and following key performance indicators by using software programs.
The position is Istanbul based and will be directly reporting to the HCo Agri Deployment Manager. If you believe you are open to new experiences, willing to learn and make use of your team-working skills, then this role might be a good opportunity for you!
Who we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferably +3 years of experience
- Experience in SAP
- Solid analytical thinking skills with good problem solving and interpersonal relationship skills
- Proficiency in English is plus
Main Responsibilities:
- Collect and coordinate all the procurement requirements by analyzing needs coming from districts
- Support the installation analysis and usage test management
- Collect and control operational activities implemented in the field to measure and monitor business performance
- Manage the software used by the department and support data management, invoice control in terms of user licenses and contract timing tracking
- Ensure the systems needed are functioning accurately
- Responsible for reporting KPIs periodically on operational activities in the field
