QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Gather all necessary information for QCM cases and transfer to related Service Operations Manager.
  • To make installations according to easy start check list given by service supervisor and deliver a system working properly. If he/she observes any deficiencies/improvement suggestions during the installation phase he/she shall share this through a report. Further, he/she will share this report with the service supervisor and the relevant sales unit
  • To escalate the cases which he/she can not solve in his/her own competence to manager.
  • To make planned visits to customers under service contract as requested by his/her own manager
  • To make troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance in accordance with the instructions given to him/her
  • In case there is crowfoot, extension or a special socket to be assembled to the tool, make necessary changes on Tool Parameter file and make installation of file accordingly.
  • If result scan product is included with easy start, collecting data at mass production phase and extracting a report for tightening program optimization after installation completed. Submit report to the customer, implement following customer approval.
  • If result scan product is not included with easy start, test tightening program on a sample customer product and verify. Get customer approval accordingly.
  • After installation, check all sensors such as angle encoder, transducer etc to confirm that it is a problem-free tool with all used, and also unused features at installation phase (could be required to use at mass production phase)
  • In case the work is done on the field, prepare a Work Order or Service Report for the findings and results. Submit that report to Service Customer Support responsible for reporting
  • To share the knowledge and experiences gained with global local trainings with colleagues by organizing internal trainings
  • To provide information received from the field to his/her manager
  • Customer delivery of original spare parts delivered to him/her for maintenance and troubleshooting and to perform the assembly of those parts. To deliver the goods in a working condition together with the delivery report to the responsible person in the customer
  • To deliver customer requests to related functions via Customer Request Form
  • Carefully using any tools that are delivered to him/her to perform his/her work and to use those who are in danger of using work safety according to the instructions"
  • To perform the permanent and/or specific duties given to him/her by his/her superiors within the scope of the relevant legislation and company procedures
  • Actively seek customer feedback to drive customer satisfaction and deliver value to the customer.
  • To perform permanent or temporary duties given to him/her by his/her manager in accordance with the relevant legislation and company procedures, report results.

What we expect of you?

Qualifications

  • University degree in engineering
  • PC skills (Ms Office)
  • Good command of Turkish and English both in speaking & writing
  • B Driving Licence
  • No military obligation for male employees

  • Automation and software application knowledge will be an asset (Microsoft SQL/Oracle, Communication Protocols TCP/IP, Fieldbus)
  • Tech savy and follow up new technologies
