QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
- Post analysis: Conducting post analysis of investment as well as commercial projects and determining the causes of possible deviations.
- Market Analysis and Budget Control: Tracking and reporting telecom market activities, subscriber KPI’s of Turk Telekom products including gross add, churn, net add and making necessary econometric analysis including trend, seasonality effect etc. Comparing these subscriber KPI’s with budget and determining the causes of possible deviations.
- Financial Market Report: Tracking the financial markets and creating weekly report that includes macro-economic data and important events that effects financial markets.
- Device P&L: Preparing and reporting detailed income statement for devices sold in Turk Telekom stores.
- Financial Risk Management: Risk analysis of interest rates used in device pricing and preparing the risk report that includes economic as well as market risk analysis.
- Management Reporting: Preparing monthly performance report (ARPU) of Turk Telekom Mobile, FBB and TV products. Also, reporting performance comparison of telecom operators’ on a quarterly basis.
- Ad-Hoc: Conducting specific financial and commercial analysis for management team.
- Creating meaningful results from complex data and making financial evaluations resulted from detailed analysis and financial modeling.
- Develop strong relationship with commercial as well as other financial teams to increase operational profitability and commercial performance of the company.
General Qualifications
- A degree of Business Administration/ Management Engineering/ Industrial Engineering/ Economy or other related department from a reputable university
- Preferably master degree in finance
- Experience in investment/commercial feasibility analysis
- Having knowledge about financial mathematic and financial analysis (financial tables, cash flows, financial ratios, valuation etc)
- Having knowledge about corporate finance issues (WACC, VaR, project valuation etc.)
- Having knowledge about statistic and econometric analysis methods (trends, seasonality effect, regression, volatility modelling etc.)
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems
- Interested in financial market and will be analyze economy, finance and commercial activities together
- Result oriented, attention in details and strong job tracking
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, team work oriented
- Ability of adapting to rapidly changing business environment
- Advance usage of MS Office Application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English
