We are looking for a “Financial Analyst” for our business partner operating real estate industry with the qualifications below;

Qualifications

2 to 5 years of experience in Finance, Economy, Accounting or related fields,
Previous experience in at least one analytical role in a finance-related field,
Experience in a multicultural company is an asset,
Competency in financial modeling and techniques,
Strong communication skills in English is an asset,
Expert in Microsoft Office programs, especially PowerPoint and Excel,
Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills,
Proven ability to prioritize a range of responsibilities

Job Description

Carrying out all financial operation processes of the company between Turkey and Europe,
Managing all relations by working in close cooperation with Europe to provide financial and strategic support,
Preparation of monthly management reports, performing analysis during month-end closing periods.
Developing the annual budget, reporting, involving, and supporting long term strategic planning process
Identifying trends and suggesting improvements by performing variance analysis on past results,
Establishing a financial database by identifying information sources and providing data consolidation, verification and backup,
Preparation of financial reports by collecting, formatting and analyzing information,
Following up daily accounting tasks of the company,
Ensuring the confidentiality of financial processes.
