Role Overview


We are looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist who be an integral part of our finance team. The Financial Reporting Specialist will be joining a group of our bright team members that are committed to delivering great results and nurturing our “no-excuse” execution culture.


This role will be working closely with cross-functional business leaders and supports various business areas focused on efficiency and growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Finance Lead.


Key responsibilities under the role include:

  • Responsible for monitoring and following up the month-end closing actions.
  • Controlling of the accuracy and completeness of journal entries (accounting) in accordance with the legal requirements by working collaboratively with the company’s certified accountant.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual set of financial statements with explanatory commentaries in English.
  • Preparing monthly performance & management reports and presentations.
  • Responsible of preparing and consolidation of board of director’s presentation.
  • Preparing the ad-hoc reports demanded by other departments and senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting finance lead in the annual financial planning and forecasting cycle.
  • Controlling of tax declarations which are calculated and submitted by the company’s certified accountant in quarterly and annual basis.
  • Monitoring the financial reporting timetable at company level.
  • Coordinating the relationship and cooperation between external partners and the finance team.
  • Acting as a financial business partner to other coworkers and senior leadership in reporting related matters.


Desired Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Big 4 audit experience is a must.
  • A solid accounting knowledge is a must.
  • At least 3 years of practical experience on different levels of reporting.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Advanced in English.

Location & Working Model

We are working with a full remote model. We have physical offices in İstanbul and İzmir regions where employees can get together and work collaboratively on a volunteer basis.
