Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in treasury / finance area or banking.
  • Excellent verbal and writing English skill is a must, German is an asset.
  • Strong proficiency and excellent command in MS office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Having knowledge and experience in FI/CO modules of SAP.
  • Customer oriented mindset, result oriented and self-motivated.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills

Job description

You will …

  • provide letter of bank guarantees to business units
  • be responsible for managing asset letter of bank guarantees
  • provide necessary bank related documentation to sales departments
  • coordinate corporate guarantees in cooperation with business units and mother company
  • communicate and deal with banks for yearly banking fees and conclude a yearly agreement
  • be responsible for follow-up of treasury contracts signed with external partners, to enter and maintain them on local and global databases
  • monitor and report cash and non-cash credit limits and risks at banks
  • ensure that functional and proper credit limits are maintained at banks
  • coordinate treasury departments’ user authorizations for internal, external systems and signatories
  • prepare design and periodic control documentation for treasury and conduct in Internal Control Systems (ICS) process
