Qualifications
- B.Sc degree in engineering (mechanical, industrial or related engineering degrees)
- Proficiency in English and/or German
- Team work, time management, problem solving, presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office softwares
- Structured, analytical thinking skills
- Able to cooperate in dynamic and interdisciplinary work environment
- Able to follow up new trends in the work environmentals ( New Technologies, materials, applications etc) and willing to integrate these with his/her work area
Job Description
- Supporting duties in Finish and Seat Production, to ensure quality, on time delivery, efficiency, occupational health and safety goals
- Supporting and improving SFM ( Shoop Floor Management) and BOS activities.
- Continuous improvement of processes through cooperation with relevant / supporting departments
- Following up and preparation of technical SFM documents to ensure KPI’s
- Coordination and reporting project activities
- Following up and reporting productivity through SAP and supporting of workforce planning
- Contributing /leading in digitalization and innovation projects
- Becoming an active contributor as a key user to the sustain and improve of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO45001.
