SAVE is the service provider for an international company which is one of leading Fire Safety and Security market . SAVE seeks engineers to be assigned for Fire Alarm Systems,CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems,Gas Detection Systems and Fire Extinguishing Systems projects
For our site team in regions (Istanbul,Ankara,İzmir,Adana,Gaziantep), we are looking for a Technical Service Engineer. This role will be responsible for performing service operations (commissioning, fault intervention/elimination, modifications, updates and customer training support) for Fire Alarm Systems,CCTV Systems, Access Control Systems,Gas Detection Systems and Fire Extinguishing Systems projects.
Engineer will be responsible for site commissioning, technical documentation, kick-off meetings, final acceptance tests and technical trainings for national and international projects.
Job responsibilities;
- Performing the technical service operations (commissioning, fault intervention/elimination, modifications, updates and customer training support) for Fire Safety and Security Systems.
- Responsible for increasing own technical and application skills to improve service quality.
- Understand the customer needs and take necessary actions to create appropriate solutions.
- Create service sales opportunities (service and maintenance contracts, spare parts, modernization etc.) in customer plants and forward the opportunities to the sales team.
- Supply creative feedbacks to increase the quality of service operations and processes.
Qualify for this job;
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering.
- Very good command of English both written and spoken.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Fire Safety and Security Systems
- Knowledge in networking and IT skills
- Experience in international projects
- Proficiency in MS Office Applications
- Product and/or Application Knowledge
- Male candidates should have completed the military service requirement.
- Ability to drive and travel intensively around the country
