Qualifications

- Minimum of 4 years managerial experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages,
- Proven success in cost controlling, and adherence to budgets,
- Ability to forecast food and beverage needs,
- Guest oriented approach, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong digital reporting skills via related computer software,
Job Description
- To manage all Food and Beverage operations.
- To ensure the prompt and efficient service of all meals, snacks, functions, and beverages to the high standards of the brand.
- To serve as a role model and setting a positive example for the entire team in all aspects of business.
- To pro-actively deal with all guest feedbacks.
- To assist recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes of Food and Beverage team by effectively cooperating with Human Resources team.
- To ensure the compliance of all Food and Beverage operations with Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- To complete all Food and Beverage forecasting and budgeting in a timely and efficient manner.
- To utilize labor and other assets in an effort to maximize quality, service, and cleanliness while being conscious of budget, and fiscal responsibilities.
- To ensure quality levels of Food and Beverage products and maintain the brand's high standards in production, presentation, services, facilities, and guest satisfaction.
- To meet operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
