QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
- BSc / MS degree in foreign trade or other related disciplines,
- Minimum +3 years purchasing experience,
- Good knowledge and experience with Excel,
- Material and electronic component knowledge,
- Both written and spoken English is a must,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under stress,
- Excellent analytical capabilities,
- Have no restrictions on domestic or international travel,
- Goal oriented, innovative and problem solver,
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Follow up every steps of the materials that purchased from abroad or representative suppliers,
- Negotiate price of related materials, research for alternative suppliers,
- Analyze and create purchase plan according to sales reports,
- Converting the material entered ERP system to order and follow the process,
- Perform works or studies to increase business and process efficiency,
- Provide timely and error-free support for the import operation process.
