We are looking for Fraud and Revenue Assurance Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
About You
- Bachelors or master’s degree in computer, industrial engineering, business, mathematics, or equivalent fields
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in fraud risk management, fraud prevention and fraud detection
- Experiences in data analytics and statistics
- Experiences with R, Python, or relevant tools
- Have excellent decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-changing environment
What You’ll Do
- Risk management and perform fraud risk management activities
- Identify excisting, new and emerging fraud patterns by daily operations.
- Proactively take ad hoc actions to improve efficiency and reduce time to identify new fraud techniques, tactics and procedures.
- Contribute and/or lead projects to reduce fraud related losses.
- Work with cross-functional teams across TikTak for collaboration on fraud risks and preventative measures to mitigate fraud risk.
- Fraud detection and prevention with big data analysis
- Ensure the creation of the fraud management framework, fraud reports and root cause analysis
