QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Sheraton Grand Istanbul Atasehir is currently seeking for a guest focused Front Office Leader who pride himself on his ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to our guests during operational hours.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Supervise and participate in the prompt and courteous check-in, check-out and servicing of guests.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and brand standards and work toward increasing departmental and overall guest satisfaction
• Maintain a professional working relationship and promote open lines of communication with managers, associates and other departments
• Resolve customer complaints and anticipate potential problems by reviewing and monitoring operational issues, business flow and associate performance
• Train, coach and manage all staff working in the front office department.
• Be responsible for all payment flows of the front desk.
• Check that discounts, billing instructions, and credit policies are followed, and takes action when needed
• Maintain an up to date knowledge of hotel information and local services, including operating hours, promotions, events, attractions and any allied information
QUALIFICATIONS
• Graduated from a reputable university (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.)
• 5-star international hotel chain experience in Front Office (Marriott branded hotel experience is preferable)
• Experienced in Opera system
• Fluency in both written and spoken English
• Ability to interact with guests with a positive attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks on timely manner
• Passionate about the job and open minded
