GENEL NİTELİKLER

Responsibilities:

  • Performing regular tracking and analysis of the performance of campaigns
  • Working closely with our agencies, marketing & CRM teams
  • Follow up of digital execution and digital consumer trends
  • Regular evaluation of new features and betas
  • A/B testing of ads and new ideas
  • Willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Coming up with creative ideas for marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
  • Coordinating the creation of inspiring digital content (e.g., website, blogs, social media posts, and e-mails)
  • Monitoring KPIs and provide internal reports regularly


Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or relevant field
  • 1-2 years experience in paid search / social / app marketing (performance marketing agency background is a huge plus)
  • In depth understanding of key metrics like CPC, CTR, CR, Impression Share, Optimization Score.
  • Understanding how tracking pixels work and what is needed to track.
  • Ability to track conversion funnels using 3rd party web/app tracking tools to optimize campaign performance towards KPIs.
  • Good level of MS Office Applications.
  • Good communication and writing skills and fluency in English
  • SEO knowledge is a plus
  • DV360 knowlodge is a plus
