We are looking for a "General Manager Assistant" for our customer operating in "Real Estate" industry.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Advanced English skills (both spoken and written)
- Studied or worked abroad before
- Closely interested in technology
- Having a driving license
- Fast and practical
- Ability to convey information very concise
- High communication skills
- Engineering or Physics graduate (preffered)
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
- Assisting and planning General Manager's agenda,
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating arrangements for meetings and conferences,
- Receiving and screening visitors, phone calls and e-mail messages,
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Doing the necessary research and follow-up on new investments
- Generating new ideas by following technological developments closely
- Participating and following projects
