/ Providing communication and coordination on behalf of the relevant manager
/ Managing phone and e-mail traffic
/ Providing information transfer by attending to the meetings and taking notes at the meeting
/ Supporting the preparation of presentations and organizing the necessary trips with related organizations
Your Profile
/ University degree in related departments
/ Experienced min. 3 yearsin related fields
/ Great verbal and written communication skills and fluency in English & German is a plus,
/ Well-developed organizational skills & attention to details
/ Good command of MS Office programs (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
