QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills


Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining schedules, planning events, coordinating meetings and conferences for the General Manager and Executive Committee members,
  • Conduct clerical duties, including filing, full office management, responding to emails, preparing documents and presentations,
  • Management of complex calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion,
  • Manage and complete administrative paperwork and reports for General Manager, Assistant General Managers if needed.
