Job Description
If you are ready to;
- Ensure the internal-external communication and coordination of the Assistant General Manager(s),
- Be responsible for domestic and international Turkish / English correspondence,
- Follow the daily work flow and agenda of the executive and provide the necessary planning,
- Plan meetings and make all necessary organizations,
- Translate e-mails, reports, presentations etc.,
- Provide support for the presentations and reports,
- Attend meetings if necessary to take meeting minutes and do the reporting,
- Follow up on the signature processes,
