Dear Candidate,

If you fit the following criteria;

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant,
  • Excellent command of English,
  • Proficient in MS Office programs,
  • Confident in your planning, organization, coordination and time management skills,
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills,
  • Good at follow-up, disciplined, fast, dynamic and practical,

Job Description

If you are ready to;

  • Ensure the internal-external communication and coordination of the Assistant General Manager(s),
  • Be responsible for domestic and international Turkish / English correspondence,
  • Follow the daily work flow and agenda of the executive and provide the necessary planning,
  • Plan meetings and make all necessary organizations,
  • Translate e-mails, reports, presentations etc.,
  • Provide support for the presentations and reports,
  • Attend meetings if necessary to take meeting minutes and do the reporting,
  • Follow up on the signature processes,
