QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description:
- Ensure compliance with the principles of Quality and the Current Good Manufacturing Practices in production.
- Do the necessary works for the timely closing of the production files.
- Determine the personnel needs and inform the Production Manager.
- Make preliminary budget studies and make suggestions about the department.
- Participate in the production stages of product development studies together with the Product Development and Technical Licensing department, to prepare the main formulas and methods of the products in accordance with the standard format after the licensing process is completed.
- Prepare the documents within the knowledge of the Quality Systems department, to train the relevant personnel, to ensure their functionality and to revise the ones that have lost their own functionality.
- Identify and monitor maintenance and repair needs.
- Make suggestions by following technological developments and publications.
- Support the Production Manager for the approval and monitoring of manufacturers in contract manufacturing processes.
- Act together with the Quality Compliance department in internal and external audits and to correct the identified deficiencies as soon as possible.
General Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Pharmacy,
- Preferably having 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry,
- Having team management experience,
- Advanced level of English,
- Having good communication skills, teamworker,
- Proficient in using MS Office and SAP programs,
- Completed military service for male candidates.
