QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Purpose:
Oversee and ensure competitive and timely pricing for Oceanfreight enquiries for Turkey , with the objective of optimising new & additional business wins while retaining existing business.
Contribute to the profitable growth of FCL business by effective capacity management and focused route development.
Job Responsibilities
- Supporting and steering the team in OFR business development by managing, guiding and driving performance of OCC Team and leading Route Development Manager(s) to the successful growth of focus lanes
- Ensuring execution all OFR pricing activities by offering competitive rates within the budget
- Launching new products / services when there is a demand in the market
- Reaching budgeted Volume and GP
- Supporting pricing related automation and process improvement projects launched at global and regional level
- Working as a bridge between the OFR and Marketing&Sales teams
- Increasing cooperation with M&S and providing OFR product expertise directly and via other OFR functions to enable growth of profitable business
Knowledge Skills and Experience |
- Extensive knowledge of OFR forwarding business and carrier/supplier landscape
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a people managing role
- Excellent negotiation skills

- Strong organizational skills and problem solving ability
