QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Barilla Turkey wants to recruit the Health & Safety, Environment, Loss Prevention & Energy (HSE&E) Professional for Bolu Plant.
The individual will report to the Supply Chain Director and functionally the HSE&E Vice President.
Brief Description
The individual will be responsible of HSE&E issues in Barilla Turkey in order to guarantee the Health & Safety Environmental, Fire Prevention & Protection and Energy legal compliance on and to manage the implemented HSE&E Integrated Management Systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Engineering
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Work experience in health safety, environment, energy and fire prevention activities for at least 2 years in production plant preferably in the food sector
- Knowledge of main HSE&E Certification Standard
- Effective organization and planning skills
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as a team
- Ability to develop and deliver HSE&E training material for various personnel
- Internal auditing qualification
- Knowledge of Office Programs
- Residence in Bolu or able to move to Bolu city
Job Description
- Ensure Health & Safety, Environment, Loss Prevention & Energy (HSE&E) compliance with national & local requirements giving an adequate support to the Management team
- Promote the prevention culture, referred to HSE&E issues, and the people awareness
- Guarantee the correct implementation and maintenance of HSE&E Integrated Management Systems, developed in compliance with UNI EN ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, UNI EN ISO 50001 standards
- Receive and manage internal and external audits, in order to verify the respect of legal requirements and the correct implementation of HSE&E Management Systems
- Carry out Risk Assessments on Health & Safety, Environment, Loss Prevention & Energy
- Monitor the HSE&E KPIs
- Propose improvements on HSE&E topics
- Propose, develop and ensure the people HSE&E training
- Guarantee the correct implementation and respect of internal HSE&E rules.
- Be the reference people for HSE&E issues and keep relations with local authorities in order to require or maintain local authorizations
- Ensure the Fire Prevention activities and the emergency team training
- Act as a Civil Defense Responsible of the company
