We are looking for a Help Desk Specialist with general corporate skills to join the IT team in our company.

General Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
  • Good command of spoken and written English language, preferably German,
  • Min. 2 years of experience in a field of Helpdesk Management,
  • Management and configuration experience in client operating systems,
  • Knowledge of basic network (WAN, LAN) and Windows servers,

Job Description

  • Solving Help Desk requests according to SLAs,
  • Provide performance and service level reporting,
  • Contributing to development, planning and production of new systems,
  • Leading Help Desk projects,
  • Provide trainings for the development of the Help Desk team,
  • Ensuring control of hardware and software inventories.
