QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our client is a corporate and very well-known company which operates in cosmetic sector. We are looking for an "HELPDESK SPECIALIST".

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduated from related department,
  • Fluent in English,
  • Patient, Customer focused & result oriented,
  • Active Directory knowlage is must,
  • Min 3 years of work experience in Corporate environment.

İŞ TANIMI

  • Executive Support – Provide first class VIP support for executive level personnel.
  • Desktop PC and Notebook Warranty Repairs – Supplier shall manage equipment repair within the terms of the OEM warranties, facilitating 3rd Party repair where Supplier does not perform break-fix and coordinate PC loaners and spare parts as part of break-fix support
  • PC Hardware and Peripherals Installation and Configuration – Install Client PC hardware/peripherals and mobile devices, assisting with configuration, verifying network connectivity, ability to print, access to email
  • Client Data Backup – Assist Client with backup and transfer of data as part of break-fix or new PC set-up in accordance with the Procedures Manual.
  • Software Support – Troubleshoot and resolve Desktop/Notebook software issues for n and n-1 operating systems used and for approved applications
  • Software Installation – Install standard IT global image of n and n-1 operating systems and Microsoft Office. Support deployment of upgrade/new versions of OS and Microsoft Office
  • Network Connectivity Support – Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues or escalate to designated Tier 2 organization as required per defined processes. Provide remote access support, Smart Card support and HomeLan configuration support at locations
  • Network Printer Support – Verify device network connectivity; add corporate printer queues; complete general Tier 1 troubleshooting on corporate printers at all locations
  • Asset Management (excluding all services associated with break-fix events) – Support annual PC Asset Inventory; Support management of local PC and peripherals stock; purchase and receive PC’s, peripherals and computer supplies
  • Conference Room/Training Room Setup & Support – Set up and provide support for conference room/ training room equipment.
  • PC Move – Support individual moves and group moves - disconnect PCs before move, set up PCs after move
  • Develop user instructions for end users to create a value added service
  • Deliver Training, Provide end user training on identified technologies/software
  • Provide efficient new hire onboarding training and fulfill all technical requests/queries to support his/her onboarding period.
