Criteria:

  • Minimum High School, preferably license or associate degree graduate
  • Preferably having a call center work experience
  • Usage of the Dutch knowledge in the Native level of speaking and writing
  • Usage of the English knowledge in the level of speaking
  • Appropriate working environment and active internet connection
  • Usage of computer and hardware devices in intermediate and above levels
  • Preferably having a personal computer
  • Home internet speed to support the system processing (10Mb download, 3Mb upload).

Competence:

  • Having an effective written and verbal communication skill
  • High motivation for the responsibilities
  • Actively execution of stress management
  • Providing new and original solutions to the problems
  • Being able to adapt to changes easily
  • Working as an independent team member.


WORKİNG DAYS
5 days a week. Saturday and Sunday off.
