QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Planning and implementation of selection processes determined in line with recruitment needs (for white- and blue-collar employees) and HR policies,
    • Responsible for managing orientation processes,
    • Coordinating and following up the preparation of the Succession Plan for group and local key positions,
    • Execution and coordination of internal transition processes in line with external transfers and projects,
    • Planning and follow-up of trainings,
    • Providing training requests in line with performance evaluation and development plans,
    • Training analysis and reporting,
    • Supporting of C&B processes,
    • Taking an active role in projects such as motivation, suggestion system,


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Human Resources, or related field
    • At least 2+ years of HR working experience
    • Strong command of the English language and high interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects at once
    • Continuous improvement / simplification mindset and experience
    • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications; Success Factor is preferable
