QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our multinational client which operates in technology sector is looking for a temporaryHR Business Partner who will work for 8 months.

As a HR Business Partner you are contributing to:

  • Manage day-to-day HR activities in employee relations, compensation, labour relations, benefits, staffing, and training to support operational goals and business objectives;
  • Direct and advise management on HR related matters, both on an organizational as well as individual level;
  • Advise management on the development of departments and individuals (including succession planning);
  • Oversee the overall departmental activities and advise on the required man power both quality and quantity wise;
  • Contributes to the development of and implements HR policies and practices in line with the business needs and the HR Strategy;
  • Ensure policies and procedures are up to date and in line with local legislation;
  • Coordinate the selection process and advise line management in respect to the selection procedures;
  • Coordinate and guide the annual performance review, salary increase and bonus calculation process;
  • Maintain and safeguard employee personnel files;
  • Advise employees in different HR situations;
  • Participate in HR project(s) on (inter)national level.

What you will bring to us:

  • Bachelor’s decree in related fields;
  • A minimum of 5 years of HR generalist experience in a result oriented, international and dynamic project organization;
  • Strongly preferred to have experience in a technical working environment;
  • Knowledge and experience in building team effectiveness;
  • Knowledge of and experience with organizational development and change processes;
  • Customer focused and results driven with strong analytical skills;
  • Proven track record of professional achievements in previous position(s);
  • Optimistic, integer, energetic, tactful and persuasive personality;
  • Takes ownership, able to work independently as well as part of the team;
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (excellent speaking/writing skills in both languages required)
