QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Gram Equipment is the leading supplier to the global ice cream industry. We focus on combining our know-how with the newest developments in automation, design, and machinery. We employ people with many different profiles, skills, and educations, i.e., engineers, technicians, project engineers, controllers, managers, CAD-specialists, and hands-on staff. We are looking for an experienced, Human Resources Specialist for our growing organization which is in Free zone Izmir, Turkey.
We care about our organizational growth, our team members, company culture and corporation in between our colleagues. As HR Specialist, you will be responsible of all HR operations to achieve ideal working environment for ourselves. In this role you will report to HR Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related filed
- Min 3 years of HR Operations experience in a multinational company preferably in Industrial Environment
- Fluent in English
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and time registration systems
- Experience in all HR operations is essential. (Full cycle of recruitment, payroll execution, training and development, performance appraisals.)
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, growing environment and work with all levels of the team
- No military obligation for male candidates
Job Description
- Execution of all HR Operations (recruitment, payroll, training, performance evaluations)
- Preparation and following up HR procedures, guidelines, and policies. Ensuring procedures are fully understood and implemented in related area
- Manage documentation for current and new hires: contracts, legal documentation, personal information
- Maintaining a close relationship within all levels of team, giving support when necessary
