Job Description

Avery Dennison is looking for a Human Resources Coordinator for our Saray/Tekirdağ Plant. You will partner with employees and leaders administering HR policies and programs. Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be a part of a larger HR community that will interact regularly with HR centers of excellence such as Compensation, Learning & Organization Development, Recruiting, Payroll and Transactional Services. We are seeking a HR professional passionate about employee engagement and business partnership, and focused on team success.

Connection with travel agency

Invoice follow up

Keeping database list up to date

New hire and exits’ ad.a cases

8.

Smart Recruiter processes follow up

9.

Social Security Institution new hire entrance

10.

Weekly Covid vaccination and PCR test follow up

11.

Weekly Covid list update

12.

Support on organizations

13.

Training data entry and organization of trainings

14.

Keeping training files up to date

15.

Communication box check

16.

Interview organizations, getting back to candidates

17.

HR field related Ad.a case opening follow ups

18.

Provide administrative support to company events

19.

Responsible for lunch card arrangements and load monthly money to cards

20.

Social Responsibility projects arrangements.


Qualifications

  • University diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, related field preferred.
  • 1 years prior administrative assistant or human resources experience preferred.
  • Expertise in HR processes and employment law preferred.
  • Good communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Good multi-tasking, organizing and prioritizing work.
  • Good project coordination skills.
  • Skilled in running reports, interpreting data and report development.
  • English is required
  • Superior written communication skills required
