QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to human resources-related inquiries
Compensation and benefits: administration of a payroll process, collect information of bonuses, incentive payments, compensation etc. of personnel
Implement and administer employee policies
Provide personnel policies and procedures guidance to employees and management
Identify future staffing needs, organisational structure and budget
Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
Consult management on goals setting, talent pool identification and talent management processes
Assist management in the budgeting process of human resource related activity
Coordinate employee satisfaction survey process
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Collaborate with management and training and development team in organisation of internal and external trainings
Coordinate of external HR administration service providers
Provide reports related human resources upon request
Qualifications:
Advanced communication
Well organised, able to focus on several issues and prioritise effectively
High level of analytical skills, planning and organising
Knowledge of Turkish labour law
Min 3 years of Payroll and Comp&Ben experience required
Leadership skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Advanced level of Excel (Pivot, SUM Product, VLookup)
Solution instead of problems thinking
Workday or SAP knowledge will be an asset
Fluent Turkish, English is mandatory
