QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries
  • Compensation and benefits: administration of a payroll process, collect information of bonuses, incentive payments, compensation etc. of personnel
  • Implement and administer employee policies
  • Provide personnel policies and procedures guidance to employees and management
  • Identify future staffing needs, organisational structure and budget
  • Administer new employee on-boarding and orientation
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management
  • Consult management on goals setting, talent pool identification and talent management processes
  • Assist management in the budgeting process of human resource related activity
  • Coordinate employee satisfaction survey process
  • Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
  • Collaborate with management and training and development team in organisation of internal and external trainings
  • Coordinate of external HR administration service providers
  • Provide reports related human resources upon request

Qualifications:

  • Advanced communication
  • Well organised, able to focus on several issues and prioritise effectively
  • High level of analytical skills, planning and organising
  • Knowledge of Turkish labour law
  • Min 3 years of Payroll and Comp&Ben experience required
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Advanced level of Excel (Pivot, SUM Product, VLookup)
  • Solution instead of problems thinking
  • Workday or SAP knowledge will be an asset
  • Fluent Turkish, English is mandatory
