We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as a Recruiter in Bursa.
Your contribution to something big:
- Responsible for coordination of all sourcing activities (generating job advertisement, screening and creating long list)
- Responsible for follow up recruitment KPIs
- Initiating, developing and implementing recruitment improvement projects
- Ensuring recruitment policies and procedures are tracked and applied
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences or Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Turkish
- Listening different perspectives and showing flexibility
- Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines is an asset
