QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a dynamic expatriate administrator to join our Corporate HR Team and support the HR organization for international employees. Your duties will be to position as Single Point of Contact for dedicated international colleagues to support organisation as well for individuals as:

  • To be a HR partner for them for a smooth adaptation to new role / county / culture
  • Support them for daily formal processes with Goverment as well as Municipality steps
  • To be a guide/buddy to finding appropriate accommodation
  • Close support for ensuring a smooth transition to their new country of employment.

This role requires a great passion, humility and helpfulness. Additional to these interpersonal skills, required needs are :

  • Advance level of English, Russian and Turkish is must,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • For Non-Turkish applicants; minimum 3-years of life experience based in Turkey - preferably in Antalya,
  • Hospitality industry experience is an asset
