. Bachelor's degree in related departments of universities

. Fluency in English is required

. Minimum 2 years experience in human resources

. Result oriented and good team member,

. Strong analytical skills,

JOB DESCRIPTION

The main missions of the role are to:

• Responsible for all training & development process
• Evaluate training needs with managers for all employees, follow up training plan and evaluate according to group HR processes
  
• Design, organize and follow up all trainings and development actions
• Coordinate training assessment efficiency system for relevant actions to improve plant KPI's.
• Support all HR development processes
