JOB DESCRIPTION
The main missions of the role are to:
- Responsible for all training & development process
- Evaluate training needs with managers for all employees, follow up training plan and evaluate according to group HR processes
- Design, organize and follow up all trainings and development actions
- Coordinate training assessment efficiency system for relevant actions to improve plant KPI's.
- Support all HR development processes
