· Minimum 8 years of related experience in Human Resources management
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related fields
· Experience in working with white and blue collar teams
· Very good communication and negotiation skills in both verbal and written English
· Profound knowledge in Oracle ERP is an asset
· Must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
· Analytical minded, people oriented and highly motivated
· No travel restrictions
· Must reside in Bursa
· Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
· Consulting managers and employees about all aspects of HR (recruitment, talent and performance management, employee development, compensation and benefits, legal issues and industrial relations
· Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
· Analyzing Human Resources Management problems and developing alternatives and recommendations
· Understands relevant laws affecting human resources and payroll(Ensure that payroll are prepared correctly and on time)
· Provide decision support through HR metrics
· Sustain good communication with internal and external parties
