We are currently looking for "HR Business Partner" for our “Bursa or İstanbul location”.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Human Resources function
  • Knowledge of multiple HR disciplines is an asset
  • Strong interpersonal negotiation and coaching skills
  • Curious, eager to learn, innovative and positive can-do attitude

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Serving as the first point of contact for the respective country HR,
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with the country HR Teams,
  • Work collaboratively across departments and work groups to identify and solve problems and achieve organizational goals,
  • Taking part in the projects for the improvement of HR processes,
  • Understand the differences of country legal requirements and coordinate the integration of all procedures,
  • Supporting the development and implementation of the recruiting strategies, processes and tools,
  • Taking an active role in the white-collar recruitment process,
  • Checking and reporting HR data for the respective perimeter,
  • Deploying the HRIS across the respective countries and supporting the users in case of any issue,
  • Managing the expat process in coordination with the consultants & attorneys.
