QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

General Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering and/or related departments,
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English,
  • At least 3 years of experience in Automotive Industry in HR,
  • Familiarity with Labor Law, Collective Labor Agreement, Social Security Act,
  • Experience in other functions of HR would be a great asset,
  • Firm grasp of the plant HR policies, standards, rules and procedures
  • Strong inter-personal communication & planning and organization skills
  • Have experience in Financial & Cost Accounting and Reporting,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications,
  • Analitic, proactive, communicative, self motivated team member,
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP Success Factors Modules
  • Having audit experience (16949, 27001 etc.)


General Qualifications


  • Providing consultation to managers in identifying recruitment needs, attracting the right talent and managing recruitment and hiring processes,
  • Executing end-to-end recruitment cycle,
  • Support KVKK (Personal Data Protection Authority) approval processes,
  • Developing a talent pipeline for immediate and future positions,
  • Managing the other recruitment and nominations process,
  • Organizing and follow-up onboarding activities for newcomers,
  • Works closely with HR Manager and provide support in various HR projects
  • Taking an active role in Performance Management process,
  • Supporting and implementing Organizational Development processes and projects,
  • Active role in employee engagement, internal/external communication, and employer branding processes,
  • Organizing and managing internal orientation trainings,
  • Supporting HR Manager on Purchasing Order creation, Service Agreement reviews and third-party management.
