We are currently looking for “HSE Chief” who possesses the following qualifications to recruit forour site office;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related departments, preferably Mechanical Engineer
- Experience in Mineral/Metal Processing Plants projects,
- At least 12 years’ experience, and 4 years in the position as HSE Chief,
- Experience in subcontractor and team management,
- Analytical & Conceptual thinking,
- Attentiveness to Details,
- Problem Solving,
- Result Oriented,
- Planning and Organization,
- Good command of English,
- Systematic, dynamic and prone to teamwork,
- Ability to conform to flexible working hours,
We are looking for "HSE Chief".
Job Description:
- To prepare and apply Safety Management Plan (SMP) that identifies the hygiene, health and safety management methods,
- To prepare risk assessment documents on the basis of the Law and / or Contractual Provisions,
- To ensure the compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety provisions through periodic Audit Activities,
- To execute monthly HSE Committee with Construction Department and Subcontractors and to fill HSE Notary Book,
- To perform supervisory activities in the security of the premises,
- To organize necessary occupational health and safety plans for the entire construction personnel and to provide evidence of their actual execution,
- To keep up-to-date documentation of accidents, injuries or related statistics,
- To prepare and/or update the Environmental Management Plan (EMP),
- To prepare the project security management system procedures/instructions and to provide support for their implementation and enforcement,
- To ensure that the security requirements specified in the contract and subcontracts are assessed,
- To communicate safety requirements to suppliers / subcontractors,
- To plan, conduct and prepare minutes of inspection and control of the Procurement through Suppliers / Subcontractors and within the Company,
- To regularly review the Project Document's requests and comments, as well as the Project documents related to non-conformities, in order to identify situations that could endanger Health and Safety,
- To lead the risk assessment activities,
- To plan, conduct and prepare minutes of inspection and control of the Procurement through Suppliers / Subcontractors and within the Company,
- In order to identify situations that may be detrimental to quality, health, safety and the environment, to regularly check nonconformities and the documents related to the Project Company's claims and warnings,
- To perform periodic reviews of nonconformities identified in the relevant construction site.
