QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an HR Manager based in Altunizade, Istanbul.
Expectations ;
· Planning and executing Corporate HR Strategies;
· Managing the HR team.
· Responsible for managing key areas within the HR function, such as recruitment, talent development, employee relations, payroll & compensation, training & development; career management.
· Assisting top management in planning, development, implementation of HR procedures and strategies.
· Preparing perodical reports of HR activities and submitting them to top management.
· Complying with confidentiality statement and disciplinary procedures.
· Conducting the processes of administrative affairs.
· Managing new employees´ integration to company as well as their leaving.
· Following up the latest trends and ideas in HR.
Qualifications ;
· Having a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or other related area; minimum 8-10 years of Human Resources experience preferably in healthcare sector;
· Great communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
· Being experienced in multiple HR processes; from recruitment, performance management, and career management.
· Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management.
· Strong organizational, time and project management skills.
· Good command of English.
· Advanced in Microsoft Office programs.
