QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should be ready to respond to the following skills and experiences;


• University Degree as minimum, master or MBA is a plus,

Min 7 years of experience in multi-organizational HR Supervisor/Manager role,

Having Strategy development skills and good at navigating a highly matrixed organization,

Perfect coordination, organization, and analytical thinking capability,

Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Kariyer.net,

Willing to multitask and used to work under pressure,

Good in time management and project planning; capable of following-up different tasks at the same time,

Ability to thrive in a team environment that constantly evolves, committed to the agile way of thinking,

Having the ability to good communication skills, managing expectations of key stakeholders,

Fluency in English.

Job Description


Be responsible for all HR and Admin processes (recruitment, onboarding, exit, employee engagement, learning, development, and managing the admin issues),

Coordinate and manage the processes of developing and executing recruitment & retention strategies of MSPT,

Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs,

Executing an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business, ensure a flawless recruitment process for both the candidates and the HR team,

Have a proven track record in talent development including establishing strategies, action plans, KPIs, systems, and tools,

Building talent pipelines by reaching out to passive candidates in line with company goals,

• Oversee Administrative aspects of the Turkey Plant, including management of cleaning and maintenance service, kitchen and office supplies, rental cars, and security,

• Provide counsel to managers on employee relation issues including but not limited to coaching, counseling, discipline, and termination,

• Prepare all needed HR reports for the corporate,
