Job Description
• Be responsible for all HR and Admin processes (recruitment, onboarding, exit, employee engagement, learning, development, and managing the admin issues),
• Coordinate and manage the processes of developing and executing recruitment & retention strategies of MSPT,
• Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with key HR partners to ensure elements of HR are successfully coordinated to meet business needs,
• Executing an end-to-end recruitment cycle to ensure a consistent flow of the right candidates for the business, ensure a flawless recruitment process for both the candidates and the HR team,
