QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Human Resources Officer to be a part of our team in the Human Resources Department.
Qualifications:
- A well organized and detail oriented person with an ability to multi-task
- University degree from reputable universities and related departments
- HR experience or internship experience is a plus
- Excellent command of MSOffice applications, presentation and reporting skills
- Eager to learn about HR topics
- Good command of English in both writing and speaking
- Effective communication and coordination skills
- Problem solving skills to be able to work in multitask environment
Job Description:
- To support recruitment process (job ads, phone interviews, reference check etc)
- To support the management of Human Resources processes
- Taking part in Performance Management and Talent Management processes
