Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering or related field
- Min. 5 years of experience in Human Resources
- Prefer a strong hiring experience across technology services, solutions, software and hardware
- Excellent sourcing skills – Linkedin and other
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and SAP
- Ability to build effective partnerships and be a team player
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, planning and problem-solving skills
- Willing for continuous improvement
- Following up industrial developments to keep itself up to date
- No restriction for travelling
- Able to locate in İzmir
Job Description
We are looking for a team member to work dedicatedly for our IT Team;
- Responsible for implementing HR objectives and policies in accordance with The Company’s standards and strategies,
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes for all IT positions of Information Technology Directorate,
- Assisting HAY Compensation, Benefits and Budgeting processes,
- Coordinating promotion and salary-raise period by cooperating with department managers.
- Providing consultancy and support to department managers regarding HR systems, processes, policies, organizational structure and design,
- Building trusted relationships with department managers.
